Coaching

If you choose to get coaching I might have the honor of watching you blossom and flourish as you get the support you need to do what you need to do to overcome your stress and not let anything get in your way.

Coaching is about using tools that allow you to identify what is blocking you so that you can get out of your own way and reach your highest potential. I get to stand on the sideline and cheer you on as you go the distance.

What can Positive Psychology Coaching do for you? You will

  • get a handle on your stress
  • bring out your authentic happiness
  • become more resilient
  • control self-limiting beliefs
  • increase your well-being

What is coaching like?

Many coaches have one hour sessions- I prefer 30-minute sessions. That way you figure out your next move, you work on it and then we talk about it. 15 minutes of what worked and what didn’t, 15 minutes of what to do next. Often, that what do do next is a coaching tool that I give you from my “coaching toolbox”.

For smaller, short term goals we may initially set up 4 sessions, for bigger goals (BHAG, if you are familiar with the term) we may set up 12 sessions. Of course, any unused sessions will be refunded at any time.

Some people would never put a price on their website. Any decent marketer will tell you that first you have to “hook” the customer, then give them the price. Well, I have never consulted a marketer. Here are my prices:
